Welcome to the Club 5150 Golf
Founded in 2025, Club 5150 Golf is a (privately owned) members only golf club. We are based in the Central Valley Region of California, and we are crazy about golf and our love of the game. Membership is very exclusive and you can only join if invited by a member of the executive committee.
To be invited you must be an easy-going individual, who is likeable, honest, responsible, and has a desire to have fun on the golf course with your fellow 5150 members. We are all about having fun, smack talking and making great memories in the process.
What we don’t want is bad attitudes, whiners, complainers, cheaters, guys who start public arguments, can’t control their temper, and back-stabbing trash talkers. This also includes guys who no show on tournament day. So if you exhibit the aforementioned traits, you will not last long in our group (if you even make it in, in the first place).
How It All Works
Membership Cost ($35 to $50)
There are two leagues that make up Club 5150 Golf. One is the Gangsta’s League and the other is the Warrior’s League. Each league is $35.00 annually, and is paid at the start of each 5150 golf season. You can join both leagues for just $50.00 per year. All memberships end on December 31st of each year.
If you join only one league, but decide to play in the other league too, you will be charged a guest fee of $10 for each tournament.
League Options
USGA Handicap
Although it is not required to have a USGA handicap, you will be at a tremendous disadvantage if you don’t. In 2025, we will be a sanctioned NCGA club that can issue handicaps.
So for an additional $50 (on top of Club 5150 membership fees), we can add you to an NCGA membership. Or you are welcome to get one yourself at the NCGA for $75 if you prefer. Or you can get one at one of the local golf courses in the Central Valley.
Wherever you get your handicap it must be an official USGA handicap if you plan to use it in Club 5150 golf tournaments.
PLEASE NOTE: CLUB 5150 GOLF (WARRIOR’S LEAGUE) ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE A MAXIMUM HANDICAP OF 27.
If your handicap is above 27, you are still welcome to play, but you will have to use a 27 handicap for your scores in Warrior’s League golf tournaments. This does not apply to the Gangstas League however.
Tournament Fees
A $20 entry fee ($22 for Skins Tourney) for each tournament is required to play. These fees are used for cash prizes the day of the tournament, and for the year end cash payouts for the top four golfers. These tournament fees are in addition to green fees for the golf course.
You must be an approved (paid) member of Club 5150 Golf to participate in the tournaments and challenges.
Prize Money and Championship Tournament
Club 5150 pays out season ending money to the overall points champion in both leagues. The top four points places also get invited to the Club 5150 Championship Tournament (also in both leagues). Here they play for prize money and the honor of being called Tour Champion. For which they also receive a trophy. Below examples are based on a minimum of 12 players at every tournament in 2025.

All players 5th place and below are welcome to play in the championship tournament. They will simply have a separate buy-in for different prize money specific to that day.
Guests
On occasion we do allow guest(s) to play in our tournaments. The guest fee is $10 (plus green fees). Guest(s) are not allowed to compete in our challenges for cash prizes. However, if a guest is attending one of our two-man team events, they will be allowed to compete for our cash prizes. They will pay the same tournament fee as members for these tournaments (plus $10 guest fee).
YOU MUST BE CONFIRMED TO PARTICIPATE – NO EXCEPTIONS
The tee times for our tournaments are all booked at once and may have up to five foursomes. If you miss the registration deadline, you are out until the next invitational tournament.
A minimum of four (4) members is required for a tournament. If a tournament cannot attract four members, that tournament will be cancelled and no points will be awarded for that week.
Points are totaled throughout the year based on the results of your order of finish in each tournament you decide to play in. In the Warrior League every tournament is different and has different point values. Please check the specific tournament page for exact point totals.
No Call / No Show
This is a cardinal sin at Club 5150 Golf. If you register to play in a tournament we expect you to show up and play. However, we do understand that life does get in the way of golfing sometimes. In other words, if you need to cancel, you must notify us no later than three (3) hours before the start of our tournament. Otherwise you will be classified as a No Call / No Show. This will result in a standings deduction of 2 points.
In addition, you may be required to prepay to participate in future events. If this behavior persists, you may ultimately be suspended or terminated from Club 5150 Golf.
